WORKING CAPITAL FINANCING

Supremex Kft. was founded in November 2016. Focusing on pharmaceutical research and commercialization, the company's core profile centers on bringing new formulations, methods, and diagnostic procedures to market within the fields of gastroenterology and internal medicine. This encompasses localization and market launch, as well as managing the underlying research and clinical trials required for commercialization.
The company holds a pharmaceutical wholesale license and is authorized to distribute serialized prescription medicines. In its very first full financial year (2017), Supremex Kft. achieved a revenue of HUF 175 million, which has been continuously growing ever since. Built on stable financial foundations, the company has been consistently profitable since its inception. Revenue streams are highly diversified across multiple segments; therefore, the underperformance of an individual project or product, or the potential loss of specific clients, does not jeopardize corporate operations.
Supremex Kft. provides a wide range of pharmaceutical services to manufacturers and distributors operating in the Hungarian market. Additionally, the company develops its own product portfolio, distributed through pharmacies, wholesalers, and intermediaries, alongside direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales via its webshop at supremex.hu. While the portfolio includes a few classic, mature-stage products, the company primarily focuses on innovative products with substantial development potential. Currently, Supremex Kft. owns a total of 20 products, while also handling the promotion and sales of additional products under strategic partnership agreements.
The market scaling of these innovative products is in its initial phases, meaning virtually every product carries the potential to generate hundreds of millions of HUF in high-margin revenue. Supremex Kft. intentionally focuses on high-growth, highly profitable, innovative segments of the pharmaceutical industry. The company is uniquely positioned to achieve this, as its founding owners possess an extensive business network that continuously generates new project ideas, products, and partnership proposals. Furthermore, Supremex Kft. holds the highly regulated pharmaceutical wholesale license, which uniquely covers the distribution of serialized prescription drugs. Consequently, there is an abundance of ideas, opportunities, and partnership offers; currently, the only factor limiting the company's unlimited growth is the availability of financing.
